-The single-girder gantry crane is divided into two types based on the shape of the legs: L-type and C-type. The frame structure of the gantry crane has three forms: double cantilever, single cantilever, and no cantilever.

-Outdoor cranes are also equipped with wind protection devices such as rail clamps and anchoring systems.

-The steel structure of the crane’s gantry frame mainly consists of one main beam and two legs (for spans ≥ 30m, a combination of one rigid and one flexible leg is used). It also includes the trolley track, lower crossbeam, and other components. The main beam, legs, and lower crossbeam are connected with high-strength bolts.

-The main beam is generally a skewed box beam structure, which, compared to double-girder gantry cranes, has slightly lower overall rigidity.

-The single-girder hook gantry crane is suitable for lifting capacities up to 50t, heights up to 12m, and spans up to 35m.
